Spring Design Team Project

I have to thank Sadie from Lollishops for including me as a member of the spring design team. This month we were given some great items from Glitterourworld I started with a 4in diam papier mache round box,painted aquamarine with wiggly pink stripes.The fun came on the top of the box where I added images taken from a vintage greeting card. There is a sweet boy and girl. I added some lattice ribbon for her apron and I put a paper rose in his hands.There is an aqua parasol with silver glass glitter. At the base of the boy and girl is aqua tissue shred, strewn with pink rickrack,pink flowers and pearl millinery trims.There is an aqua tinsel garland around the lid of the box. On the base of the box I added a silver glittered Dream ticket.This was a fun project and I had a great time merging my designs with items from glitterourworld go visit her!!

I Love Paris!!

A great party hat in tribute to Paris,birthplace of my future grandbebe! This hat was so much fun to make.I used an image taken from an antique postcard of the Eiffel Tower. I love the black and pink scheme too,somehow it seems like Paris to me. find it on my etsy site.
